UW CSiM is a collaborative tackling today's stewardship challenges in rural medicine. Join us!
CSiM is a tele-education technical assistance center focused on supporting rural hospitals in their stewardship and quality improvement efforts. The center focuses on collaboration and is guided by the needs of participating facilities. There are three components of the center: the Tele-Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (TASP), Intensive Quality Improvement Cohort (IQIC), and Stewardship Toolkits.
The UW CSiM Antibiotic Guide is based on local, Pacific Northwest resistance-based data and expert opinion.
